Certain merchandise in store is process and packaged by order from supplier and U.S. vendors for the number of days indicated in product details. Order(s) are process shipped from fulfillment centers until we grow to a location near your neighborhood.
EOU Ready Wear will accept returns in result of error, wrong, defected merchandise or print quality. You can capture damage product with a photo or video and submit as attachment when completing contact form or through profile.
Unopened, damage with no personal fragrance clothing or merchandise may be return within (15) days of delivery for a cash refund credited to account as soon as possible. Sending merchandise photo or video will help product service representative to determine if item is returned to address or customer can keep. Customer can choose to have item replaced or refund through profile or call customer service.
Store credit is issued after (15) days and (30) days to exchange merchandise. Photos or videos are inspected before refunds are process as well as to determine if product send be return.
If you need to exchange an item because of wrong size, color or does not look same as merchandise shown online or in store, you can log in to your profile and process return or complete a contact form, make sure to include order number, size and/or color when completing form. Since merchandise is custom made to order you will only have up to (30 days) for exchange.

Refunds are process as soon as possible or following business day or within (5) business days of receiving package to fulfillment center location as well as inspection of merchandise. Merchandise processing time will vary by how quickly package(s) are shipped from your local postal office to the fulfillment center.
Customer Service will send an email once package has been returned and process by fulfillment center; you can login profile your profile to check updates or call (240) 309-2811. Once merchandise has been received and inspected it may take up to (5) business days to process refund to account and will vary by your bank or financial institution when funds are available in account.
NOTE: Certain products may have restrictions that will not allow international shipping destinations to return items as above mention.
Shipping rates are weight-based and will vary in cost by location. The weight of the merchandise is located in the product details and will reflect shipping company policies. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
